This is an extremely inclusive option for groups of 100 or more, utilizing our most popular, trusted vendors. You may reserve the facility and select your own vendors, if you choose not to order an inclusive package. This price is based on #100 guests for Monday-Thursday evenings or short term bookings (within 10 weeks of event).

The Chateaux at Fox Meadows
Includes: Our gorgeous facility exclusively for your group, 2 hours of set up, 4 1/2 hours of event time, 1 hour tear down, ceremony & rehearsal hour, tables, chairs, upgraded linen package w/napkin (your choice of 16 colors), unlimited ice, sodas, all glassware, coffee service, dishes, silverware, event manager/ staff, customized room set up, event planning assistance, & the opportunity to provide your own alcohol (a huge value!).
Catering (Buffet)
Includes: a very experienced catering company with delicious foods all beautifully displayed, all staff & bartender(s), Gratuities, service fees, delivery, sales tax, and your choice of the following menus. An event planner from the catering company will contact you, very shortly after your reservation is confirmed, to schedule a "tasting", and go over all of the specific details for your elegant event.

Photographer
Includes: Your choice of All Digital Photography or Armitage Photography for up to 5 hours, with 400-500 digital images, and Ownership of all negatives on DVD. The photographer will contact you well before your event to coordinate a personalized shot list.
Cake
Includes: A $400 credit at Nancy Best Cakes, or Cakes By Request. This credit will generally cover most cakes they offer.
Florist
Includes: A $750 credit at Petals From Heaven, or Statice Floral Designs. This credit will generally include bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and perhaps one or two other arrangements depending on your flower selections (in or out of season etc.) Additional items may be purchased through your florist.
Disc Jockey
Includes: One of the most requested, experienced DJ's for 4 hours of event time, and ceremony music. The DJ will contact you well before your event to personalize your musical selections, timeliness, etc.
*Friday Evening Add $2,200 Peak Month ($1,200 Off Peak), For Saturday Daytime Add $700 Peak Month ($0 Off Peak), For Saturday Evenings Add $3,200 Peak Month ($2,200 Off Peak), Sunday Evenings Add $1,500 Peak Month ($500 Off Peak).
*Includes Vendor Gratuities! Additional amounts for superior service at your discretion.
**No Ceremony at The Chateaux, deduct $600 from the total price.

Includes: A $1000 credit toward your choice of flowers at Statice or Sarah Vogel Thomas Designs. This credit will generally include bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and perhaps one or two other arrangements depending on your flower selections (in or out of season etc.) Additional items may be purchased through your florist.

Includes:Five hours of coverage by two highly recommended videographers, using 3 video cameras,and wireless microphones. Three customized DVD's wit your choice of music. The videographer will contact you well before, and after, your event to go over the specific details for your video.
